1) Discovery and feasibility: We discuss your goals, review existing conditions, and identify constraints such as access, utilities, and structural limitations. This stage sets realistic expectations for scope, schedule, and overall investment.
2) Planning and pre-construction: We coordinate drawings, engineering needs, and a clear scope of work, then support the permit pathway and any required revisions. You receive a detailed plan for selections, construction phases, and on-site logistics so decisions don’t stall the build.
3) Construction and closeout: We manage demolition (if needed), foundation or slab work, framing, roofing, windows/doors, MEP rough-ins, insulation, drywall, finishes, and final inspections. After completion, we walk the space with you, address punch-list items, and ensure the ADU is delivered clean, safe, and move-in ready.
